    About me

As a psychologist, I believe that each person has their own unique inner resources, strengths, and ways of coping. With the right support, these resources can become more accessible and help us navigate difficult periods and move towards greater self-understanding and personal growth.

Creating a relationship based on trust and acceptance is at the heart of my work. I strive to provide a safe and welcoming space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgement. As Irvin Yalom writes, “Acceptance and love are the foundations of healing.”

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, and I take into account the particular needs and challenges associated with different stages of life. I have also worked with children and adults experiencing attention-related difficulties, as well as with families navigating the challenges that can accompany ADHD.

I believe that our difficulties cannot always be understood in isolation. We are influenced by our relationships, our families, and the wider social and environmental contexts in which we live. For this reason, I approach psychological difficulties from a systemic perspective, seeking to understand each person’s experiences within the broader context of their life.

My aim is not only to support clients in finding practical ways of coping with the difficulties that have brought them to consultation, but also to help them develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their patterns, relationships, and inner resources.

Creative expression has a special place in my work. Alongside traditional psychological methods, I may incorporate elements of art therapy into the consultation process when appropriate. Art does not require any artistic skill or previous experience. Rather, it can offer another way of exploring and expressing inner experiences. Sometimes an image, colour, shape, or creative process can help us approach feelings and thoughts that may be difficult to put into words.
