Introduction

Understanding human connection and behaviour has shaped my work in the corporate HR world for over 20 years. I also spent more than a decade living abroad, an experience that has deeply influenced my cultural sensitivity and the way I relate to people. I believe that each person connects in their own language, pace, and way. Therefore, I always tailor my style and approach to each person’s needs – a continuous process of attuning to what feels most supportive and effective in each situation.

I support clients on their journey of self-discovery and in gaining a deeper understanding of their experiences and challenges. I believe in a collaborative partnership grounded in empathy, curiosity, and acceptance. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where emotions and reflective thinking are welcome, and where uncertainty and vulnerability can also be expressed without judgement.

My approach is grounded in systems thinking, which helps clients see their experiences as part of a larger whole rather than as isolated events. This often allows for a clearer and more integrated understanding of how they function across different areas of life.

I am also influenced by positive psychology, with its focus on strengths and resources. I believe that self-awareness is not only about understanding difficulties, but also about recognising and mobilising inner resources. I often use reflective questions and shifts in perspective to support deeper insight and clarity. My aim is to help clients develop greater awareness, inner flexibility, and a stronger sense of freedom in how they relate to themselves and others.
