Introduction

I have several years of experience working with a wide range of target groups in a variety of fields. I mainly work with people who are experiencing some kind of blockage in their lives, whether it be anxiety, relationship or sexual difficulties, identity issues, or the feeling that “something is wrong, but I can’t put my finger on it.”

I am particularly interested in issues related to sexuality, intimacy, self-identity, and connection. Through my experience, I have encountered many different interconnected and intersecting life situations, including minority anxiety and identity crises. In our work together, I take a flexible, integrative, and holistic approach, believing in the power of transparency and trust. My goal is to work together to find inner balance and a framework for functioning, which promotes self-awareness in the long term and serves as a sustaining force in life.

My therapeutic methods include harm reduction perspective, cognitive and behavioral therapy (CBT) tools, mindfulness, positive psychology, and a person-centered approach.
