Introduction
In my work, it is essential for me to support each person in their own language and in a way that aligns with their individual path and life situation. I believe that our unique stories call for unique solutions — my goal is to offer the kind of support that works best for you.
I bring diverse experience to my practice. Within the school environment, I work with young people aged 7–20 as a teacher, mentor, and supporter, facing the challenges of today’s generations on a daily basis. I also work with students who have unique needs and challenges (e.g., SEN, ADHD, autism, anxiety, identity-related questions, LGBTQ). This motivates me to approach contemporary issues with up-to-date knowledge and openness, supporting young people in ways that respond to the demands of our fast-changing world. I also assist in resolving parent–child conflicts, helping to build bridges between generations.
As a helping professional, I create a safe and accepting space where you can courageously face yourself and your difficulties. I provide individualized support in areas such as emotional intelligence development, relationship concerns, and self-awareness.
When working with relationship difficulties, I frequently use communication and mediation tools, as these are often enough to help partners find common ground. In my experience, where difficulties arise, intimacy may also be affected — and conversely, intimacy issues can place strain on a relationship over time. Drawing on my broad experience, I support couples from multiple perspectives. My multicultural background also helps bridge cultural differences in intercultural relationships.
My special companion, FanFan, can join sessions upon request. Their cheerful presence helps ease tension and, through unconditional acceptance, supports a deeper connection to emotions.
