About me
Sometimes we find ourselves facing the same situations again and again, even when we genuinely want things to change. In our work together, I help you understand these recurring patterns and identify where change can begin.
I have been working with people in developmental and helping settings since 2006. I support people who want to grow and learn, or who feel stuck, in looking at their situation from a different perspective and discovering connections they may already sense but have not yet been able to put into words.
Often, these “aha” moments help us see a life situation in a completely different way.
What can you expect when working with me?
My approach is goal-oriented. At the beginning of our work, we clarify where you are now and where you would like to get to. Throughout the process, we regularly return to these goals to see what has changed and where further work may be needed.
Through the stories and experiences you bring to our sessions, I help you identify recurring patterns, reframe situations and explore them from different perspectives.
Sessions are usually held weekly or every two weeks, primarily in person, with online sessions available when needed.
