Introduction
Creating a safe and accepting space is very important to me, a place where difficulties can be spoken about openly, and where we can work together to find paths toward change. I believe that change is built step by step, and that every person has inner resources they can draw upon to find their own way.
In my work, I am particularly interested in challenges that often appear in everyday life: stress, procrastination, anxiety, and low self-confidence. From my experience, these are rarely isolated issues; they are often connected to our life situations, our relationships, and the way we relate to ourselves. During our sessions, I aim to help make these patterns more visible and to find new coping strategies that truly fit you.
My goal is that clients not only cope with their current difficulties, but also build a stronger, more conscious, and more authentic life in the long term.
